PERSONAL DATA: Your voluntarily transmitted personal details (through submission on this application form) will be collected, saved and processed to keep you up to date on event proceedings.
REGISTRATION: Registration is not possible without collecting, saving and processing your personal data. Your data will only be passed on to third parties who have direct responsibility for organizing the conference. Once you register, you are considered a confirmed attendee. Refunds will only be allowed up until August 28th 2026, minus a $65 USD processing fee. After August 28th 2026, no refunds will be allowed. You can change the name on a registration at any time up until the day of the event.
PHOTOS/FILMS: By registering to attend the Event, you grant permission to use your photos/films taken during the meeting for internal and external purposes, including on the event website and social media channels.
