Once you register, you are considered a confirmed attendee. Refunds will only be allowed up until 25 May 2025, minus a $65 USD processing fee. After 25 May 2025, no refunds will be allowed. You can change the name on a registration at any time up until the day of the event.
By registering to attend this event, I understand that my registration can be refunded by the organizers at any time in accordance with a decrease in capacity limits due to a change in policies (COVID-19, other).
