In order to register for this pass type, you MUST be an employee at a pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostics company (all other registrations will be refunded). This registration will give you full access to all sessions for both March 25th (HCP CX Day) and March 26th (Patient CX Day), as well as the exhibition, networking events, and access to the pre-conference registration list (1 week before the event, no contact details shared).

Outside of industry participants (from pharma or med device companies), this event is open to sponsors only and there are a limited number of spaces available (10 total). Your registration as a 'Supporting Sponsor' includes the following:- 2 All-Access conference passes (access to all conference sessions, exhibition area, and networking events). Passes can transfer names between days (no additional charge). - Logo placement for your company as a 'Supporting Sponsor' on all conference materials and signage- Access to pre-conference attendee list (1 week before the event, no contact details shared)- Exclusive sponsorship of one item at the conference (UPDATE 3/13: the following 1/10 items are still available:)1) Networking Break Sponsor (includes announcement to audience and signage with your logo provided by the PanAgora Pharma team).

In order to register for this pass type, you must be a patient advocate, adovacy group, or work at a non-profit patient-focused organization. This registration will give you full access to all sessions for both March 25th (HCP CX Day) and March 26th (Patient/Consumer CX Day), as well as the exhibition, networking events, and access to the pre-conference registration list (1 week before the event, no contact details shared).
Registration is not possible without collecting, saving and processing your personal data; solely for the purpose of organizing and realizing the event. Your data will only be passed on to third parties who are directly organizing the conference. Only your provided name, title and organization will be shared with other attendees of the conference. Your voluntarily transmitted personal details (through submission in the registration form) will be collected, saved and processed in accordance with the latest regulations.
By registering to attend the Event, you grant permission to use your photo / audio / video recordings taken during the conference for post-event communications (event reporting, recaps, promotions).
Once you register, you are considered a confirmed attendee. Refunds will only be allowed up until March 1, 2025. After March 2, 2025, no refunds will be allowed. You can change the name on a registration at any time up until the day of the event. Substitutions may be made at any time for no additional charge.
