This registration will give you full access to all sessions for both March 24th (HCP CX Day) and March 25th (Patient CX Day), as well as the exhibition, networking events, and access to the pre-conference registration list (1 week before the event, no contact details shared).

In order to register for this pass type, you must be a patient, patient advocate, full-time caretaker, or work at a non-profit patient-focused organization or advocacy group. This registration will give you full access to all sessions for both March 24th (HCP CX Day) and March 25th (Patient/Consumer CX Day), as well as the exhibition, networking events, and access to the pre-conference registration list (1 week before the event, no contact details shared).

Registration is not possible without collecting, saving and processing your personal data; solely for the purpose of organizing and realizing the event. Your data will only be passed on to third parties who are directly organizing the conference. Only your provided name, title and organization will be shared with other attendees of the conference. Your voluntarily transmitted personal details (through submission in the registration form) will be collected, saved and processed in accordance with the latest regulations.
By registering to attend the Event, you grant permission to use your photo / audio / video recordings taken during the conference for post-event communications (event reporting, recaps, promotional material, etc.).
Once you register, you are considered a confirmed attendee. Refunds will only be allowed up until March 1, 2026. After March 2, 2026, no refunds will be allowed. You can change the name on a registration at any time up until the day of the event. Substitutions may be made at any time for no additional charge.
