• In order to register for this pass type, you must be an employee at a pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostics company. This registration will give you full access to the entire conference including all sessions, the exhibition area, lunch, and networking events, along with access to the pre-conference registration list (1 week before the event, no contact details shared).

  • Outside of industry participants from pharma, med device, and diagnostics companies, this event is only open to service providers who participate as sponsors. There are a limited number of spaces available (10). Your registration as a 'Supporting Sponsor' includes the following:

    - 2 all-access conference passes (full access to the entire conference including all sessions, the exhibition area, lunch, and networking events).
    - 2 additional all-access passes to invite your clients & prospects to attend the conference (clients & prospects must be from pharma, med device, or diagnostics companies).
    - Logo placement for your company as a 'Supporting Sponsor' on the event website and on-site conference materials and signage.
    - Access to the pre-conference attendee list (1 week before the event, no contact details shared).

    Additionally, each Supporting Sponsor will have a choice of exclusive sponsorship for one of the following items (**update 10/30: there is only 1 more supporting sponsor package remaining and the item listed below is the only remaining item available**):

  • In order to register for this pass type, you must be a patient advocate or work at a non-profit patient-focused organization. This registration will give you full access to all sessions, as well as the exhibition, networking events, and access to the pre-conference registration list (1 week before the event, no contact details shared).

Registration is not possible without collecting, saving and processing your personal data; solely for the purpose of organizing and realizing the event. Your data will only be passed on to third parties who are directly organizing the conference. Only your provided name, title and organization will be shared with other attendees of the conference. Your voluntarily transmitted personal details (through submission in the registration form) will be collected, saved and processed in accordance with the latest regulations.

By registering to attend the Event, you grant permission to use your photo / audio / video recordings taken during the conference for post-event communications (event reporting, recaps, promotions).

Once you register, you are considered a confirmed attendee. Refunds will only be allowed up until September 22, 2023, minus a $75 USD processing fee. After September 22, 2023, no refunds will be allowed. You can change the name on a registration at any time up until the day of the event for no additional charge.
